- Represent you before an administrative judge at an EEOC hearing and prehearing
nationwide (for federal discrimination cases only), file motions and responses to motions, initiate discoveries, respond to Agency discoveries, file briefs and prehearing reports, negotiate settlement, attend prehearing, and examine and cross examine witnesses at the EEOC hearing.
- Represent you before an administrative judge before the Merit Systems Protection Board
(MSPB) nationwide involving 'mixed case' discrimination claims and retaliation complaints involving termination or constructive discharge, and the Prohibited Personnel Practices claims including Douglas Factors violations and whistleblower retaliation claims. We will initiate discoveries, respond to Agency discovery requests, file briefs and prehearing reports, negotiate settlement, attend prehearing, examine and cross examine witnesses at the MSPB hearing.
- File an EEOC charge of discrimination nationwide against private employers or against
state and local government agencies.
- Fie a charge of discrimination with state administrative agencies nationwide against
private employers or against state and local government agencies.
- Assist in pro se litigation at federal and state courts on employment discrimination.
